Description

This Door Supervisor course is based on the relevant SIA specification for learning and qualifications and is supported by Skills for Security, the standards setting body for the security industry and the SIA, who regulate the private security industry.

Obtaining the Level 2 Door Supervisor qualification is the first step towards getting an SIA Door Supervisor Licence.

With a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence, you are permitted to work in a wide variety of environments. From retail security to working the doors in high-end night clubs.

Security professionals who have a door supervisor licence can also carry out other activities, for example work as security guards and keyholders.

If you are looking to work as a Door Supervisor, this is the right qualification for you.

Who is this course for?

This course is ideal for those individuals who are considering starting a career in the private security industry.

Requirements

Age: 18+ years

From 1 April 2021, you must have a valid first aid at work or emergency first aid at work qualification before you can apply for a Door Supervisor or Security Guard licence. All candidates must produce a copy of the first aid or emergency first aid certificate. The certificate must be valid for at least 12 months from the start date of the selected door supervisor course.

Hello, Our Door Supervisor course is a 6 day course from 9:00 to 17:00 for £249. Eligibility: 18+ years, valid Emergency first Aid Certificate (one year from the course start date). The course starts on a Monday and ends on a Saturday. We do offer Emergency first Aid at Work courses as well. Emergency First Aid at Work is a half day course from 9:00 - 13:00 or from 13:00 - 17:00. We offer the course every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for £49.
