Description
This CCTV Operator (Public Surveillance) course is designed for those learners wishing to apply for a licence from the Security Industry Authority (SIA) to work as a CCTV operator in public space surveillance.
It is based on the relevant SIA specification for learning and qualifications and is supported by Skills for Security, the standards setting body for the security industry and the SIA, who regulate the private security industry.

Answer:CCTV is more of a dual role and a lot of employers want people to hold a door supervisor badge as well.

This was helpful.I have first aids at work and sia badge do I need to do all the modules? Apart from cctv module.
Answer:If you have the Door Supervisor certificate you will not need to do the first module on the CCTV course. However you do need to provide proof of the certificate to be able to do so.
