The agent makes £4,000 on the sale and £50 a month managing the property.

The investor will likely return regularly to buy more properties from the agent as they provided a hands-off investment for a reasonable fee.

The example above demonstrates how you can simply generate more fees from the same stock and increase your efficiency instead of your workload.

You can lease them to investors who offer guaranteed rent to your landlords, a typical fee for a R2R deal is around £3,500 for a 3-5 year lease.

There are no pre-requisites for this course.

However, we strongly recommend that only Estate and Letting Agents or those with property experience take the course.

We don't go in-depth when covering common exit strategies such as Single Lets and HMO's, as agents are expected to have a good understanding of these already.
