Overview

The Property Management Certificate provides delegates with knowledge of the principles of property management. After completion of the course, delegates will have an understanding of the various property management functions, maintenance management, risk management, tenant installation, management of operating costs. It also provides an introduction to the principles of facilities and asset management and the marketing of management services.

At the end of the course, students will be awarded the Property Management Certificate.

The course fee covers registration, learning materials, assessment and certification. The certificate is sent out to the students within 24 hours of course completion.
