Data Science Institute

The Data Science Institute was conceived by a group of industry practitioners, academics and entrepreneurs to provide education relevant to the challenges of the digital economy and the ‘Fourth Industrial Revolution’. 

We provide structured programmes with a clear focus that include regular scheduled live classes with industry experienced professionals, one-to-one mentoring, and a capstone industry focused project to showcase to employers your ability to make a difference to an organisation with data.

Our programmes provide opportunities both for experienced data and IT professionals to develop and extend their knowledge and graduates from other disciplines to enter the field of data science, artificial intelligence and analytics. Graduates of the programme can apply for advanced entry into university master's degrees in data science and data analytics, saving both time and expense from a traditional master's route.

With more than 50 years’ cumulative experience in data science and advanced analytics our faculty has worked with over fifty clients on more than one hundred projects. In addition, they have delivered over 50 corporate training programmes and have regularly contributed academic research papers.
