Corporate governance is the system by which companies are directed and controlled. It is, therefore, necessary for any company/corporate or a business to understand that system useful to governing body/board in order to achieve the good governance. Hello is this certificate is accredited ?and is this level 7 equivalent to which degree ? how I pass the exam is there an additional fee if i fail ??

It is our short in house programme, however, it is also a part of our Level 7 Diploma in International Business Law (regulated & accredited to the UK postgraduate level and leading to LLM with 120 credits exemptions). Assessment cost include submission of 1 assignment, there are no exam. If you fail, you will resubmit without additional charge.

You can only get a corporate governance unit exemption/credit transfer to our Level 7 Diploma in International Business Law qualification which has total seven units before it is awarded to successful learners.

It is only 10 credit certificate, you will have to study our full Level 7 Diploma in International Business Law (120 credits) to qualify for LLM at the dissertation stage.
