Overview

The Pro Pet Aid instructor course will allow you to teach Pet First Aid to your community, customers or friends. After successful completion, you will be able to hold open courses that will be advertised on the Pro Pet Aid website and on ProCourses. As an instructor, you will also have access to promotional materials, and you will receive a commission for e-Learning course sales. Join the growing network of Pet First Aid instructors.

Teach the whole range of ProTrainings courses like pet first aid, dog care, advanced pet first aid, cat care, security dog first aid, pet professionals first aid and many more.

Pet First Aid Instructor Level 3 covers much more detail about the different injuries and illnesses that can affect dogs and cats. The course has been designed to give the pet professionals and owners much more information in order to be able to detect early when something is wrong and give the appropriate care.

The course also covers the anatomy and physiology of animals and different first aid treatments that are available. Although the treatment is basically the same between dogs and cats, the advanced course has a dedicated section for cats.

This is a blended course where you complete the ProTrainings online module watching a comprehensive series of videos and questions and a practical module (approx 7 hours) in Colchester where you also cover practical subjects to gain the full qualification certificate.

With this qualification, you also receive an Endorsed Certificate from TQUK.

Why are ProTrainings online courses different?

Unlike other e-learning courses, ProTrainings use just videos training rather than reading PowerPoint text which makes our courses more engaging. You do not have to complete the course in one sitting, stop and return whenever you want. You have 8 months to complete the course and you can even view the course after you pass giving you access to new videos and downloads. Your certificate can be printed immediately on completion along with your certified CPD and Evidenced-based learning statement to evidence your qualification.

Under every video, we have added text to support the video and you also receive manuals and downloads free. To keep your skills fresh, you can opt for free weekly refresher videos. You are assessed during the course and at the end, there is a final multiple-choice test. If you get a question wrong you will be given support to ensure you understand every part. You can re-take the test without charge. This may be an online course, but you can still contact us by phone, online chat or email.

If you require classroom training or practical evaluations these can be arranged nationally at your workplace.

ProTrainings are Endorsed by Skills for Care for both classroom and e-learning courses.

No more old-fashioned, cut-rate PowerPoint training — your health and safety are too important to cut corners.
