Overview

This is a practical half day Masterclass designed to allow you to review and assess your effectiveness in appraising the performance of others by understanding appraisal pitfalls and barriers and how to deal with them.

You will also receive specific guidelines for practical actions to improve your appraisal sessions and how to make them results-focussed and motivational.
