The People Management Certificate has been designed by experts for managers, supervisors and team leaders who are looking to successfully manage people and bring the best out of their team. In this people management course you will learn some essential strategies for managing teams, leading team members and enhancing team performance. Management skills such as communication skills and negotiation skills will be covered highlighting the importance of knowing how to communicate more effectively with your team and how to motivate and handle difficult individuals. At the end of the course, students will be awarded the People Management Certificate.
