How many credits are required to complete it?
The Award requires 12 credits.
How is it assessed?
It will be assessed by your tutor or assessor using a range of methods. There must be evidence of you monitoring a minimum of two assessors, each with a minimum of two candidates of their own, through components of a quali?cation.
How long does it take to complete?
You can usually complete it in 6 months or less.
It is intended for those who maintain the quality of assessment from an organisation or assessment centre.
You should be at least 19 years old. CACHE does not set any other entry requirements but colleges or training providers may have their own guidelines.
Do you need to be working to take the qualification?
Yes, you will need to be working as an internal quality assurer as you need to show competence in both knowledge and skills.
