The executive summary gives the impression of the overall business plan. A business plan begins with a table of contents, followed by an executive summary. Even so, an executive summary should be the last paper you write as it summarizes the business plan according to the outline.
Module 7
In this module, you will learn all about Project Management. Like many people who feel stressed and “under the gun,“ so to speak when it comes to a major project you have going in your life, you are looking for the instant cure – the magic beans that will lead you up to the beanstalk and to the golden goose. No such thing. Good project management – for any project – takes patience and planning. Something that very few people today seem to realize.
Module 8
This module will teach you about HR and Leadership Management. Good leaders lead. Being a good leader does not necessarily mean one has to own the business in order to steer it in a successful manner. It simply means that the direction of the company or project would entail having someone with a clear vision of how the goals are to be achieved to the best of everyone’s abilities and to the benefit of the company.
Module 9
In this module, you will learn all about Business Systemization. The ability to do business on the World Wide Web has changed the way people think about companies, especially when it comes to the prospect of owning their own business. Module 10
This module will teach you about Business Ethics Fundamentals. A company’s ethics will determine its reputation. Good business ethics are essential for the long-term success of an organization. Module 11
In this module, you will learn all about Sales Analysis and Sales. Towards the top of this funnel, you’ve got ‘unqualified prospects’ – the people who you believe may need your service or product, but to whom you’ve never spoken. At the end of this funnel, many delivery and sales steps after, you’ve got those who’ve received the service or product and have also purchased it.
