With industry-leading training techniques and standards, this course aims to help you become a first-class mentor.
We know that acting as a mentor isn’t the easiest role in the world. It can be difficult to verbalise the vast libraries of knowledge you have stored over many years, and furthermore the complexities and nuances of a mentor-mentee relationship can also be hard to understand.
Our courses help to address these issues. We want to you to leave our course with a complete understanding of what it means to be a mentor, the skills required, and the processes involved.

Description
Course Agenda
The course’s agenda is divided into three parts:
What is mentoring? – Here we focus on the role of a mentor; the benefits and motivations for both parties and the organisation involved; and the difference between mentoring and coaching.
Guiding principles for mentors – This will address the key principles that underpin strong mentor-mentee relationships. The skills learnt in this part of the course will help you to navigate your journey with mentees and avoid common mistakes. Learn how to set parameters, how to handle negative or stressful emotions, as well as developing effective communication techniques.
A process to support your journey – Understand the stages involved with mentor-mentee relationships, and learn the necessary skills to ensure the journey stays on track. This includes: setting up, the first sessions, following up with a positive second session, maintaining and measuring progress, consolidating learning, and parting ways.
*Fee includes one month's Free Coaching Hotline on successful completion of the course where attendees can contact us for further assistance and guidance as necessary by email, phone or Skype.
