Description

The course commences with a ‘starter boot camp’ which introduces you to the core elements of MBA study. You’ll also be given the option to attend an international residential study-trip, featuring a live case study in an international setting.

This course will enable you to develop your understanding of law from a cross-border transaction perspective while also developing your knowledge of the key strategic aspects of business.

You will cover the following core modules:

  • Global Business Strategy and Leadership
  • Leadership and Management Development
  • Business Operations and Performance Management
  • Research Methods, Professional Development and Research Dissertation / Practice Focused Project

In addition to the core modules, you will choose one elective module:

  • International Commercial Law
  • International Arbitration Practice

Requirements

2:2 or above from a UK Bachelors degree, or equivalent qualifications.

Students must also possess a minimum of two years professional work experience.

An English language level equivalent to IELTs 6.5 or above with a minimum of 6.0 in each component.
