Overview

The Level 3 Diploma in Combined Beauty Therapy Skills (RQF) is a combination of both level 2 and level 3 qualifications in the beauty therapy industry. The qualification is aimed at those learners who wish to gain knowledge and skills relating to beauty therapy allowing them to complete the qualification without prior knowledge.

This is a fast-track course which is run once every week over approximately 21 weeks and it is assessment based. The completion of assignments and practical assessments is required.

Description

The objective of Level 3 Diploma in Combined Beauty Therapy Skills' is to develop learners' knowledge and skills and confirm their competence as beauty therapists enabling them to expand their scope of technical skills for employment or self-employment as a beauty therapist. The learner will learn how to plan, prepare and deliver level 3 beauty treatments safely and correctly in accordance with health and safety regulations and legislation.

Requirements

Learners should be competent in literacy and numeracy to help with elements of communication. Learners will need to produce GCSE certificates/or equivalent in Maths and English to prove their competency.
