Description

There is one unit which contains theory and practice in use of an AED and contains 4 credits. The course includes:

  • Why to use an AED?
  • The AED and the Law.
  • Treatment of a cardiac arrest.
  • Treatment of an unconscious, non-breathing casualty.
  • Safety and use of AED.
  • Practical use of an AED.
  • Troubleshooting with an AED.
