The 5 day instructor led IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course is held in the North East of England by IASSC Accredited Trainers ( Black Belt trainers) and covers the accepted Body of Knowledge for Green Belts ( as agreed by IASSC, ASQ and British Standard Institute). The course also follow the guidelines of ISO-18404 ( Lean and Six Sigma).
Successful completion of the course and pass score in the exam results in an International Certified Green Belt designation from IASSC.
5-day instructor led Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training and certification introduces the student to Six Sigma statistical methods, tools and techniques as well as Lean Principles, Lean Leadership styles and developing a Lean Culture in your workplace.
As a certified Green Belt you will be capable of leading teams in Lean Six Sigma methodology for problem solving and process improvement and coaching and mentoring your team members.
The 5-day training class will enhance the problem solving skills and leadership skills of the attendee and stimulate them to take positive action for process improvement when they return to their workplace.
