Overview

The course is in two parts: Yellow Belt teaches the main principles behind Lean Six Sigma.

The Green Belt focuses on Lean Six Sigma from the perspective of a manager involved in making business performance improvements which incorporate Lean thinking.

Each part includes a paper-based exam at the end of it.
