The ITIL Continual Service Improvement course will teach students about service management industry practices following the ITIL Continual Service Improvement publication and how to follow the strategies, design, transition and operation stages of the IT lifecycle in order to carry out a review of their organisation’s current products.

During the ITIL Continual Service Improvement course, students will learn the continual service improvement approach, measuring and reporting frameworks, the identification of critical success factors, creating a return on investment and the roles and responsibilities that are in supporting service improvement processes.

Upon completion of this course, you will earn 3 ITIL credits that can be used towards gaining the ITIL Expert certification which requires a total of 22 ITIL credits.
Exam Details
The ITIL Continual Service Improvement course exam consists of 8 multiple choice, scenario-based questions and has a pass mark of 70%. You will have 90 minutes in which to answer as many of the questions as possible.
This course perfectly suits individuals with an interest in improving their organisation’s IT services.
You will need to have gained the ITIL Foundation certification before undertaking the ITIL Continual Service Improvement course.
