  • You will know how best to utilise the Windows interface (including the desktop, start menu, settings, and tabs)
  • You will understand the Microsoft Office interface and main Microsoft applications – including Word, Excel, OneNote, and PowerPoint. As well as the features and benefits of Teams and OneDrive.
