Description

Is there an assessment?

Delegates will be assessed throughout the course on their individual performance and involvement in group exercises. There is a short written test with a combination of open and multiple choice questions.

Will I receive a certificate?

For those who successfully complete the course, CQI IRCA and CPD certificates will be sent via the post.

The fee includes delegate manual, online Training Toolkit, lunch, refreshments and certificates.

Requirements

It is a CQI IRCA recommendation that delegates attending this course have prior knowledge of ISO 9001:2015. This can be achieved by attending an ISO 9001 Foundation course beforehand.
