The Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management is a comprehensive qualification designed for experienced Middle managers preparing for a more senior management role.

The ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management program is designed to meet the needs of:

LEARNING WITH GLOBAL

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS: There are no formal entry requirements but participants will normally be practicing middle managers managers seeking to enter a senior role, and with the opportunity to meet the assessment demands and have a background that will enable them to benefit from the program

PROGRAM DURATION: Learners are free to complete the ILM Qualifications programs at their own pace. However, the Certificate in Leadership and Management must be completed within 12 months from the date of enrollment (free extensions available). You will need to set aside about 6 hours per week to complete this program in 4 months.

ASSESSMENT: The assessments required for the program comprise One Work-based assignment (9 to 10 pages),for each Unit.

EXTENSIVE FREE RESOURCES: 100+ page plus learning manual, articles, workbooks and case studies are provided with every course, and are free to download.

CONTINUOUS SUPPORT: a dedicated coach will provide you with continuous support throughout the period of enrollment, and work with you to complete your assignments.

ILM MEMBERSHIP: In addition, enrollment and membership in the ILM is included in your course fee (at a cost of £132), which gives you access to an extensive online library of learning resources.
