The Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management is designed for practising middle managers, helping them to develop their skills and experience, improve performance and prepare for senior management responsibilities.

This qualification can be delivered in the classroom, online, or a combination of both. Tutor support available

Description

Learners are required to complete a minimum of 2 units, with between 6 and 12 credits.

  • Becoming an Effective Leader (5 credits)
  • Managing Improvement (3 credits)

These modules can be carried out online, in the classroom, or a combination of both.

Classroom training for each module is one day a month, with all workbooks and material provided online.

Time commitment: minimum 16 hours of structured learning, plus self-study, project work and assignments

Tutor support is available throughout your course.
