This is a 2-day course ( 2 x 1 day deliveries a week apart)
1 x assessment covering the key themes on the course plus a personal development plan to improve performance as a team member.
Those new to team working, or those who are more experienced within teams who wish to learn more about how they interact and work with others in order to become a more valued member of the team.
Course days are from 9:30 to 4:30 and lunch and refreshments are provided. Full colour course pack and all supporting information is provided.
Would be an ideal programme for those who work in a range of team situations where goals and success are tied into working together.
