  • Introduction - The section includes the how-to's for sharing and where to keep files.
  • Module 1: You Haven't Seen These Requirements Listed on Buzzfeed - A welcome and important information on how to hold your view of the world while taking part in the Emotional Baggage Removal Program.
  • Module 2: A Look at Transformation and What It Takes to Stick for Life - Certain qualities seem to be the ones that make this kind of learning stick for life. Do you have them? Can you cultivate them?
  • Module 3: Learn the Basics - Learn a basic and foundational perspective and tool to begin to use in your everyday life. Your life will never be the same. Also, see where your friends fit in your special circles.
  • Module 5: Be prepared. Major Change Begins Here -It may be difficult but there are gifts and blessings and things to learn in that difficulty.
  • Module 6: Discover the Real Reason Why You Keep Repeating Patterns - Why should we learn to “love” those who have hurt us? Does it make any sense at all?
  • Module 7: How to Ensure Transformation Sticks for Life - This is how you ensure that you no longer carry what was partially in control of you in the past.
  • Module 8: Why "I'm Sorry" Is Not Enough - According to The American Heritage® Dictionary of Idioms by Christine Ammer, the definition of "to make amends" is "to compensate someone for a grievance or injury”. There is great value here.
  • Module 9: Self-ish in a Good Way - Now you can take your self love and spread it around to others.
  • Module 10: Best Practices with Others plus a Bonus - I suspect most of us do personal development work so that we can have both a better feeling about ourselves and enjoy our relationships more. This module is that transition.

Who is this course for?

If you find that you keep seeing the same negative patterns in your life in your feelings about yourself or in relationships, you will quickly be able to stop self-criticism and beating yourself up. You will even learn how to use this tool to help in relationships with others.

  • Those who will benefit most from this class are those who are tired of feeling like life happens to them and they’re stuck. You will be open-minded and into growing yourself as a human.
  • Great for those who feel out of sync with themselves and/or their lives.
  • Great for anyone who would like to be able to bounce back emotionally quickly and functionally and carry that ability into their lives and relationships.
  • For people who would like to continue to expand their awareness over their lifetime. This will give you the tools and the mindset to do so.
  • Also useful for those who have a “dysfunctional” background and have tried therapy and even possibly anti-depressants with little help.

You must be willing to look inside yourself and at the hurts and traumas that have you stuck. Also, there is a certain perspective you need to hold while you are taking this course. It is an "I created it all" perspective that you don't need to actually believe but just hold while taking the course and you can take it back when you are done. Most don't.

Career path

While this isn't a course directly for a particular career path, no matter where you go, you take yourself with you. Maybe you'll even discover a new career when you find out who you really are.

What does study method mean?

Study method describes the format in which the course will be delivered. At Reed Courses, courses are delivered in a number of ways, including online courses, where the course content can be accessed online remotely, and classroom courses, where courses are delivered in person at a classroom venue.

What are CPD hours/points?

CPD stands for Continuing Professional Development. If you work in certain professions or for certain companies, your employer may require you to complete a number of CPD hours or points, per year. You can find a range of CPD courses on Reed Courses, many of which can be completed online.

What is a ‘regulated qualification’?

A regulated qualification is delivered by a learning institution which is regulated by a government body. In England, the government body which regulates courses is Ofqual. Ofqual regulated qualifications sit on the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF), which can help students understand how different qualifications in different fields compare to each other. The framework also helps students to understand what qualifications they need to progress towards a higher learning goal, such as a university degree or equivalent higher education award.

What is an ‘endorsed’ course?

An endorsed course is a skills based course which has been checked over and approved by an independent awarding body. Endorsed courses are not regulated so do not result in a qualification - however, the student can usually purchase a certificate showing the awarding body’s logo if they wish. Certain awarding bodies - such as Quality Licence Scheme and TQUK - have developed endorsement schemes as a way to help students select the best skills based courses for them.
