This Level 1 qualification covers 3 units, IT User Fundamentals, Using the Email and the Internet and Security for IT Users. ICDL Essentials is an ideal progression route to ICDL Extra, the Level 2 qualification. Upon completion of the course delegates will develop their knowledge, skills and understanding in performing tasks associated with the following 3 units: IT User Fundamentals Using Email and the Internet Security for IT Users Available in Microsoft Office 2016, 2019 and 365, ICDL Essentials is interactive and packed with exercises.
