Health and social care workers require adequate induction training and annual refresher training to ensure that they remain up so far with recommended practice and regulatory requirements.
Mandatory training needs for an organisation depends on the services it provides, yet because the organisation’s type and size. All care organisations have a liability to supply employees with Health & Safety awareness training, together with fire Safety, Moving and Handling of people training is additionally obligatory and if workers are involved taking care of those who don't have mental capacity then DoLS training will be mandatory. Additional mandatory training requirements might include data Protection/Information Governance, Risk assessments, Duty of care, etc...
