Diploma in Business Studies provides a general understanding of how business works. They cover all the essential knowledge you need to progress your career within an office based in a business environment. You will also gain an in-depth understanding of today’s business world and its trends, challenges and opportunities and you will be able to develop core skills relating to business and management, customer service management, marketing, sales and the global business.

Diploma in Business Studies includes six units.

Unit 1: Business and Management

Unit 2: Marketing and Sales

Unit 3: Customer Service Management

Unit 4: Global Business

Unit 5: Project Management

Unit 6: Financial Analysis

At this level of the course, you will develop an ability to identify and use relevant understanding, methods and skills to complete tasks and address problems that, while well defined, have a measure of complexity.

Duration

Beginners normally take two months to complete this course. Advanced learner a with a background in the business can complete in three weeks.

This course is a foundation course & suitable for learners,

  • they are new to the business, administration and management studies, and
  • they would like to study with us at the undergraduate level to study 240 credits Level 5 Diploma in Business Management (Equivalent to HND, & Accredited onto RQF / EQF at Level 5).
