In module one, we will learn about the key legislation surrounding safety in construction design and management.

Module 2: Module Two: CDM Application and Notification

In module two, we will gain a deeper understanding of CDM regulations, who they apply to and the process of applying CMD in construction and design projects.

Module 3: Module Three: Duty Holders and Documents

In module three, we will familiarise with the main duty holders under CDM and their legal responsibilities.

Module 4: Module Four: Duties and Legal Documents

In module four, we will explore the different types of CDM documentation for construction and design projects.

Module 5: Module Five: Example Projects and Summary

In module five, we will gain a deeper understanding of CDM application in construction and design projects, through a range of examples.
