Hi Kaur. Training to become a therapist can take upwards of seven years and will vary considerably depending on where you are in the world. There really is no set route as there are so many different factors to take into consideration, such as existing qualifications, experience etc. So I'd recommend being transparent with clients and say you're not a qualified CBT therapist, however, would they mind you using CBT techniques. Hi Michelle You'll need to be very clear that you're using CBT techniques and not giving anyone CBT therapy (as this should only be administered by a licensed therapist). With that in mind, we do a CBT course bundle which has two CBT courses, both exploring practical skills. Hope that helps RLT
