Team Coaching

This excellent Coaching Your Team to Higher Performance course will teach you four stages of team development and how to fulfil your changing and complicated role as a coach at each stage. COURSE CURRICULUM

Module 01 : Forming

  • How to be a positive communicator: Getting people to collaborate as a team

Module 02 : Storming

  • Coaching in action: How to manage conflicts and prevent communication problems

Module 03 : Norming

  • The secrets to keeping your team on track and under control no matter what situation arises

Module 04 : Performing

  • Motivating under pressure – how to be powerful and persuasive and keep your team moving forward

Method of Assessment

  • You will have one assignment. Pass mark is 65%.
  • You will only need to pay £19 for assessment.
  • You will receive the results within 72 hours of submittal, and the certificate will be sent within 7-14 days.

Certification

Those who successfully pass this course will be awarded a Coaching Your Team to Higher Performance certificate. Anyone eligible for certification will receive a free e-certificate.
