Description
This qualification provides a strong introduction to core management principles. Learners complete one unit of their choice from a wide selection aligned to current leadership and business needs — such as leading teams, managing change, or developing operational plans.
This targeted approach allows you to:

Gain CMI membership and begin your journey towards Chartered Manager (CMgr) status
To achieve the Award, learners must complete a minimum of 1 unit, totalling at least 40 Total Unit Time (TUT) hours and 4 credits. Units are selected from the wider CMI Level 5 suite, with some restrictions on combinations (e.g. 502 cannot be selected with 503, 505, or 511; 526 cannot be selected with 501 or 502; Unit 608 is not available at Award level).
