The Level 7 CIPD Advanced Diploma, set at postgraduate level, is perfect for developing an advanced understanding of People Management and HR principles. It takes, on average, 18 to 24 months to complete.
You’ll gain valuable and practical insights into advanced areas including employment relations, business research in people practice and leadership skills.
Aligned to the Advanced Level of the CIPD Profession Map, you can be sure that everything you learn will be useful, relevant, and respected at work. It consists of 4 core units, 3 specialist units (below) and 1 optional unit.

Assessments

Requirements
Aside from being aged 21 or over, there aren’t any formal entry requirements for this course. However, the CIPD Level 7 Diploma is a postgraduate-level qualification, so you should be ready to study at this level. (Although you don't need a degree or university experience to enrol!) You should also be able to meet the requirements of the learning outcomes, and have the literacy and numeracy skills needed to complete the course.
