What will you study?
By studying four core units in Business Culture, Core Behaviours, Analytics and the Essentials of People Practice, you’ll develop the expertise to support change and make an impact in your organisation.
You’ll focus on real-life scenarios, acquiring core behaviours derived from the CIPD’s new Profession Map, which is based on the cumulative insights of thousands of experts.
CIPD qualifications set the international standard for people professionals. You’ll gain the confidence to drive your career forward – and with CIPD membership, the recognition needed to connect to the role you’ve always dreamed of.
Who is this course for?
This qualification introduces you to a wide range of relevant knowledge and expertise in people practice.
It is suited to those learners who:
- are studying, aspiring to, or embarking on, a career in people practice
- are working in a people practice support role and wish to develop their knowledge and deliver immediate and short-term value for their organisation
- wish to develop the specialist knowledge, skills and understanding required to be a people professional.
Requirements
- You will have at least 2 years work experience
- You will be working in or towards a people management or L&D role
- You will need to have the ability to study at Level 3, ie A level standard
- You will demonstrate the commitment to studying at this level
- You will aspire to achieve the CIPD Foundation level membership
