The unit will develop the relevant knowledge and skills which will enable you to effectively design L&D activities. You will learn how to examine the factors that might impact on the activity design and integrate this in the learning objectives.

Description
On completion of this unit, learners will:
1. Understand factors which inform the design of L&D activities.
2. Know how to devise clear objectives for an L&D activity.
3. Be able to design an inclusive L&D activity which address identified L&D objectives.
Be able to specify the L&D activity in a recognised and useable format.
