How is This Course Delivered?
We specialise in flexible learning solutions that are tailored to your needs. You can begin the programme at any time and complete it in a timescale which meets your career, aspirational and work-life balance needs - anything from 12 to 24 months.
The combination of elements can include workbooks, assignments, self-study, guided learning and evidence collation. All programmes include regular telephone conversations, e-mail exchanges and/or Skype meetings with your dedicated personal adviser who is allocated to you at the start of your programme.
How will it be assessed?
You will receive developmental, formative feedback throughout the programme which will help guide you towards succeeding in the final assessments. As well as assessing your expertise in the subject area, your adviser/CIPD examiner will assess your business orientation, application capability and your ability to present your work confidently and persuasively.
The four core modules comprise: two 3-hour examinations (7HRC and 7LMP); a business research report (7IBI), which can be submitted in your company’s style with supporting narrative; and a reflective module covering a range of essential business skills (7SBL). The final submissions for optional modules (four in total) are in the form of 3,000 word narratives covering 50% of the module learning outcomes. These can be supported and enhanced by work based evidence which demonstrates your competence.
How we differ from other centres
Our success rate and quality standards are second to none. We consistently outperform the national average exam pass rates and achieve outstanding quality assurance ratings from the CIPD. This is because we have developed a unique and rigorous process which begins with a diagnostic consultation as the starting point to any learning engagement. We work hard to ensure candidates are matched to the correct qualification and then work with them every step of the way to help them achieve the highest possible grades. We are the only CIPD Centre to offer all of the optional units, providing maximum flexibility and choice and you can complete the units in any order. You will be supported throughout the programme by a dedicated personal adviser, regardless of which study option you choose.
