Overview

Change can greatly impact any organisation, and it is important to be prepared to handle it before, during and after it occurs. Change Management will ensure that employees involved in organisational change are ready for change when it comes, embracing it rather than fearing it.

Based on the Effective Change Manager's Handbook the course explores how change affects, and is affected by individuals, teams, organizations and change leaders, equipping individuals with the knowledge, theories and techniques to implement successful transformation initiatives.

What is the cost of each exams? How are the exams conducted?

Answer:

Hi, the cost of the exams are Foundation £180.00 & Practitioner £282.00. The exams are sat online and we recommend from a PC although laptop is suitable providing there are no firewalls restricting it. The online invigilator must be able to view you through the exam, under exam conditions. The exams are purchased directly through ourselves.

Can go for practitioner level without foundation exam for PMP or Prince2 holders.

Hello Change Management is a separate qualification from the PMP and PRINCE2 which you mention you already hold, therefore the Change Management Foundation level needs to be passed before moving onto Practitioner level. Is this an open book examination?

Answer:

Hello, the Foundation exam is NOT an open book. It consists of Multiple choice, total of 50 questions 25 marks required to pass (out of 50 available) – 50% 40 minutes duration Practitioner is however an open book Objective testing based on a case study scenario consisting of 4 questions of 20 marks each. 40 marks required to pass (out of 80 available) – 50% 2.5 hours duration Restricted open book – The Effective Change Manager’s Handbook may be used in the exam
