Overview

Identify the differences between an event bar and a venue bar
Know the basics in the set up and break down of the bar
Understand the technical procedures and good working practise of a bar
Understand basics in making house cocktails
Know the responsibilities of a bar person and how to work in a team
Understand stock control
Wine service and knowledge
Identify the different equipment used in a bar
Know the basic Licensing Act 2003
Couse includes
Training manual and work book is provided.
Certificate to qualify for industry standards including all skills covered with written reference

Hot beverages and light refreshments provided during breaks
