The Global Business Planning course is designed to enable managers to develop a complete business plan, with associated business financials. Your plan will enable you to justify your budgeting, and submit requests for bank or venture capital financing.

The Global Business Planning course is designed to enable managers and analysts in commercial and public sectors to develop a complete business plan, with associated business financials. Your plan will enable you to justify the cost-effectiveness of your budgeting, and submit requests for financing, whether bank or venture capital investment.

This course will walk you through the process of developing your business plan using the Global Business Planning template (provided). You will be asked to think about your markets, customers and opportunity portfolio, and to bring these together in the development of a strong business strategy. You will use this strategy to frame sales forecasts, market positioning, and your business financial projections and capital investment requirements. The product of this course will be a fully viable 3 to 5 year business plan, which you can use to build your business, and gather support from your stakeholders, whether senior managers or investors. In addition, we provide a business plan financials workbook (MS EXCEL), and other business planning worksheets.
