Students are familiarized with the terminology and procedures related to powers of attorney, wills and estates; real estate; insurance; the Canadian business system; entrepreneurship; international business; labour relations, ethics, and sustainability and social responsibility. Through discussion and research assignments using online sources, students expand their understanding of the various topics and apply the concepts as they relate to each area.
