This Business Analysis online course covers the range of concepts, approaches and techniques that are applicable to anyone thinking of or in a Business Analyst role. It is aimed at anyone who requires an understanding of Business Analysis including business analysts, business managers and their staff, business change managers, system development and project managers.

In addition to providing the background knowledge for the BCS Business Analysis Foundation exam, this programme of learning also provides a foundation for the range of specialist BCS modular certificates in the areas of Business Analysis, IS Consultancy and Business Change. The BCS qualification can be used as the knowledge-based specialist module for the Diploma in Business Analysis.

The Exam

Upon completion of the training you can sit the Business Analysis Foundation exam which leads to an internationally recognised qualification. You will receive an exam "voucher code" and instructions of how to book your exam when you are enrolled on this course.

Exam format:

  • Multiple choice format
  • 40 questions per paper
  • 26 marks or more required to pass (out of 40 available) – 65%
  • 60 minutes duration
  • Closed-book.

How do I take my exam when ready? To book the online exam we need a weeks notice. You will need a PC or laptop with a webcam, microphone and internet connection.You can take the exam any time 24/7 including evenings and weekends. The cost of the exam is included in the price of this course bundle. The professional exam board is BCS (formally known as ISEB).

The course is provided with 3 months access.
