Although the primary purpose of the qualification is to support progression to Level 5 learning, through this Diploma you will acquire a range of knowledge and understanding and develop some of the key skills required to work as an administrative manager in any sector.
The qualification will support you if you are newly appointed to a first management position to develop in your role, as well as providing a strong foundation of relevant knowledge, understanding and skills if you are seeking a first management role. You can select optional units in particular specialisms to match your current responsibilities or support your career development.
