Description

This Cognitive Behavioural Therapy course will teach you about the CBT approach within psychology and offer a comprehensive insight into the CBT model. You will be able to identify the strengths and weaknesses of CBT and how it can be used to successfully manage psychological disorders. You will also learn about self talk, negative thoughts, anxiety and stress and how CBT can be used to treat them.

Dr. Grande is a Licensed Professional Counsellor of Mental Health, a licensed Chemical Dependency Professional and a National Certified Counsellor. He will use this extensive experience to help you to understand the benefits that CBT can have on psychological disorders.
