The AAT Level 4 Diploma in Professional Accounting has been developed to enhance the skills you've gained throughout your AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting qualification, helping you to maximise your career opportunities. This training course will help you gain lifelong professional accountancy and finance skills.

As you progress towards full AAT MAAT and chartered status, you will gain financial team leadership skills, including financial statements for limited companies, complex management accounting tasks, management skills and specialist learning areas.

When you have earned your AAT Level 4 qualification, you can set up your own business and apply to provide all 18 accounting services, including bookkeeping, financial accounts, VAT, computerised accountancy systems, payroll, Financial accounts and accounts preparation for statutory purposes, Budgeting and forecasting, Management accounting, Personal and Business income tax, Inheritance, Capital gains and Corporation tax, Limited assurance engagement, Independent examination, Company secretarial services, Internal audit, and Forensic accounting.
