Requirements

Your training includes a number of practical exercises and therefore a basic level of general fitness and the ability to get on/off the floor is required. We advise the wearing of comfortable clothing and sensible footwear. Your training includes tea and coffee, Lunch is also provided, please can you let us know if you have any specific dietary requirements.
