Temporary HR Reward Analyst required until the end of September

I am looking for an experienced HR Reward Analyst to support in delivering a revised pay and grading structure for the organisation. The first stage of this project will be to understand on an individual employee basis the impact that these proposed changes will have so it is essential that you have excellent Excel and data analysis skills.  Another really important part of this project is employee engagement so you will be assisting the HR BP with communicating these changes to employees, line manager and department heads so that all feel included, heard and engaged. You will also need to check key data with managers to  identify potential issues and to offer and implement quality resolutions. 

I am looking someone with the relevant experience and aptitude for this role with proven project management skills. A high attention to detail is absolutely vital as tight deadlines are involved. CIPD accreditation and a and understanding of job evaluation (ideally Kay Horn Ferry Matrix) would be beneficial but not necessarily essential. 

This role is due to start by early April and will continue until the autumn and you would need to be able to commit to the entire project.
