Telemarketing Team leader - Telford
This fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Telemarketing team leader. This role would suit telemarketing team leaders with a real passion for motivating and getting the best out of their team.
A key aspect will be to lead, manage, motivate, develop and support the office-based sales team to achieve individual and team objectives. The Team leader will be responsible for the delivery of agreed team targets. These targets will be made up of Telephone- sales, outbound lead-generation and appointment volumes for the field-based teams.
In this role you will be working closely with the Sales & Marketing Director and Finance teams to design and build financial models to be used by the team in assessing profitability of any deal offered to prospective customers.
Coach, lead and manage the Inside Sales team to ensure delivery against agreed objectives
Working with line Manager and other areas, develop clear and coherent pricing plans that enables successful and profitable Sales results
Data quality within Salesforce.com, that drives out accurate and meaningful data insights
Inspire, motivate and enthuse the sales team to achieve optimum levels of performance.
Ensure optimum team usage of internal operating systems
Provide sales reports in line with quality expectation and on time
Monitor and review team processes and systems, and in liaison with other departments, making improvement recommendations, where appropriate for continuous improvement
What we are looking for:
- Prior experience in telephone sales is essential
- Experienced in B2B environment
- Ability to use own initiative
- A team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Well organised and thorough even under pressure
