Sous, Pastry and Breakfast Chefs + Chef de Partie

We are looking for chefs experienced in the above roles for work in the Llandudno and Colwyn Bay areas.

1. Sous Chef - Enthusiastic creative and fully qualified person required to be part of an informal dining experience for guests from coffee and cake to a variety of delicious dishes from our menu. The emphasis is on fresh local produce with fish taking prime place.

2.Pastry Chef to prepare a variety of desserts, pastries or other sweet goods. Experienced in high quality tastes and recipes. To adhere to health and safety standards to provide clients with the best possible service.

3. Breakfast Chef should have - previous experience of running a busy Breakfast service, attention to detail, ability to be calm and collected under pressure, an eye for quality, and be a good communicator.

4. Chef de Partie - 1-2 AA Rosette or similar experience preferred. This role would be perfect for someone with ambition, talent and a good work ethic. You must have at least two years experience in a professional kitchen with suitable references.
