You'll support the Reward Manager on the whole range of cyclical reward processes, including bonus and salary calculations, pay and benefits benchmarking and job evaluation. The business has a number of transformation projects and exciting Reward initiatives which you will play a key part in. You'll work with a wide range of stakeholders and present data to senior staff and the wider HR function. The business are open to improving their Reward processes and you will really be able to leave your mark on the company.
The business will be depending on you to keep their Reward processes ticking along smoothly, so you'll need to have several years' experience and have a few comp rounds under your belt and be able to analyse large amounts of Excel data efficiently. You will be trained on the business and their systems but you'll need to hit the ground running as this is a business-critical role.
