To maximise revenue potential through the effective support to a Managing Consultant on a 1:1 basis.  You will be responsible for the efficient management of all recruitment processes whilst maintaining a quality service to our Candidates, Clients and Colleagues. 


- Write and post adverts on Idibu
- Search job boards for appropriate candidates
- Deal with advert response
- Pre-screen candidates and book candidates in for registration for yourself and for the Managing Consultant
- Interview candidates using the CBI style (once trained)
- Track leads on CVs using Excel and give your Managing Consultant regular leads
- Update candidate re-reg files i.e. CVs, ID and Forms – ensuring all compliance is met
- Regular update calls with permanent and contract placement candidates
- Call candidates who are working for us on a weekly basis
- Dealing with any timesheet and payroll queries in a timely and effective manner
- Keep in touch regularly with registered candidates
- Remind candidates about holiday entitlement that needs to be used
- Format CVs using Word
- Write profiles for candidates to be sent to clients
- Deal with all candidate queries and giving career advice  
- Write tenancy letters, complete references and all other admin that candidates require
- Send vacancy update emails to candidates who haven’t been successful
- Keep an updated list of available candidates 


- Spec candidates who have already temped at the Management Consultants’ clients
- Pick up jobs in your Manager’s absence, ensuring that you take a full job spec
- Match and shortlist jobs in a timely manner
- Fill bookings and sending confirmation to the candidates
- Book client lunches i.e. making restaurant reservations and printing maps
- Prepare “drops” including maps and addresses and gift wrapping
- Carry out drops to active and prospect clients (when appropriate)
- Write profiles on candidates for clients to view
- Industry sector specific mailers
- Attend meeting with me to active clients and build a trusting relationship with them 

General Administration:

- Update contract placement spreadsheets
- Sit in on permanent team meetings and match to their roles
- Match to permanent and temporary teams roles when emailed round
- Add new companies to IQX
- Analysis of figures and trends 

Experience and Qualities

Technical Skills:

- Word – Advanced
- Excel – Intermediate
- Spelling and Grammar – Excellent 


- Solid administration experience of at least 2 years - essential
- Liaising with clients on a day to day basis – strong customer service skills - essential
- An understanding of London and the different areas - desirable
