I am currently working with an established Law Firm who provide a full range of legal services to the public and businesses from their offices. Due to expansion, the firm is currently looking for a Real Estate paralegal to join their busy team on a permanent full time basis.

With success, the Real Estate Paralegal must have at least 1 years’ experience within a Real Estate environment. The Paralegal should have knowledge of the submission of SDLT returns for the more complex transactions involving renewal leases, linked transactions, properties sold subject to multiple leases and exempt transaction, and the submission of all Land Registry applications to include registration of transfers, charges, unilateral notices, deeds of variation, first registrations matters, will have the ability to manage their workload, be time efficient and have excellent IT and communication skills. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to progress their career within the Real Estate industry.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Must have at least 1 years’ experience within Real Estate
• Ability to manage their workload
• Have good IT skills
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Able to work efficiently on own initiative

• Salary range (DOE): £18,000 - 20,000
